Privacy policy

A static site with no document uploads or data-entry forms

This policy describes the DocVPN.com package as delivered on October 18, 2026. The site itself includes no account system, contact form, newsletter form, search input, analytics script, advertising script, or document upload feature.

Information submitted to the site

The published pages do not provide a form for submitting personal information or files. Contact occurs through the visible email link, which opens the visitor’s email application. Information sent by email is handled by the sender’s and recipient’s email providers rather than by an on-site form processor.

Do not email confidential documents, account credentials, private keys, authentication codes, or incident evidence to the editorial inbox.

Cookies, analytics, and local storage

The delivered site code does not set cookies, load an analytics service, display advertising, use tracking pixels, or store identifiers in browser local storage. The navigation and visual effects run locally in the browser without a user account.

Hosting logs and infrastructure

A web host or content-delivery provider may create routine server logs such as IP address, time, requested path, user agent, and response status. Those practices depend on the hosting configuration selected after deployment and are not controlled by the static HTML package itself.

External links and changes

Field guides link to external authoritative sources. Those sites have their own privacy and logging practices. This policy may be updated if the deployed site later adds analytics, advertising, interactive services, or other data processing; any such change should be reflected in the visible policy and its modification date.
